The Ape (pronounced AH-pay) is the icon of European street commerce — compact, charming, and impossibly photogenic. This is the classic open-format three-wheeler: a flat service area or side-lift panel, a single operator, and a presence that stops people in their tracks wherever it parks. It fits where a car can't, parks on a sidewalk, and looks like it belongs on a cobblestone street in Florence. Available in coffee, bar, floral, and open-market configurations.

Built on the same three-wheeled Ape platform as our classic cart — but with a fully enclosed, insulated box body that changes what's possible inside. A full-width lift panel opens the entire front face for service, while the weatherproof interior supports commercial kitchen equipment: induction cooktops, fryers, espresso machines, gelato display cases, deck ovens. Think of it as a food truck that can park anywhere an Ape can. Same charm, same footprint — serious commercial capacity.

The Citroen HY is the most recognizable van ever built — a corrugated body, sweeping nose, and unmistakable proportions that read as art from fifty feet away. Our custom-built HY-style vans deliver that same European soul with a modern drivetrain and a completely bespoke interior. The forest green retail van with hanging racks and leather ottoman is the gold standard for mobile boutiques. The cream long-wheelbase version with panoramic service windows is the food operator's dream.

When the Ape isn't enough, the food trailer is your platform. Full-length service windows, commercial kitchen capacity, and enough space for a real crew to operate at volume. Available in matte black, full custom wrap graphics, or bare stainless for a clean canvas. The largest units run triple-axle and can anchor a permanent location or travel the festival circuit. This is the format that serious food operators graduate to.

The chrome Airstream is our most striking build and the one that started it all for Watts Motor Co. Mirror-polished aircraft-grade aluminum, panoramic service windows, and a commercial interior that means business. The unit shown parked in downtown Savannah is our flagship demonstrator — the first unit we brought to Georgia and the build that defines the brand. The Romanian and Didi's Dogs wraps show how completely a full-body graphic can transform the shell into a brand statement. This is the unit that stops traffic, earns press, and becomes a permanent fixture in a brand's visual identity.
